I enjoyed its tidy and silent rooms.
Everything was good, including very, very nice staff at the reception desk. Booked a room with an inside view. That hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location, in the center of Bologna. Besides, it was just off Central Railway Station, the attractions and the train station and walking distance from the train station.

A great hotel in Bologna with nice staff at the reception desk.

The breakfast spread featured a variety of fresh pastries. The location is prime, just a short walk to essential sights and tucked away from noisy streets.
The furniture needs attention, particularly in the triple room where the "third" bed fell short on comfort. The bathroom could use some modern updates. It's lacking in useful shelving and hooks, which would certainly enhance the functionality.

definitely want to stay in that area again.
The room was small but super cozy with air conditioning and a nice shower. They had a minibar and a tv. Staff prepared breakfast in my room when I wasn't feeling well. The breakfast buffet looked amazing, all fresh and tasty. Plus, the hotel is a quiet spot easy to walk to everywhere.

The service of staff is so great~!! I think that their serive is No.1 in the world. They are so kind. and I guess that they have a lot of experience about the hotel management. I went to Bologna for trade show. they help us a lot of thing well. The room is so large, quite, clean room. You can go shopping nearby Arcade(Shopping street). During the trade show, the price of all the hotels is so!!!!! expensive. of course,,this hotel is so expensive. But in comparision with other hotels, the price of this hotel is not bad and the location is so great from shopping area and good restaurant. If I have the chance to go to Bologna at the next time, I will go to thie Hotel paradise again and again!!!!
I just would like to change the breakfast menu. I stayed for 6 days in this hotel. But I am afraid that the breackfast menu is not changed.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was really pretty good, including a well-made espresso. The location could hardly be better.
The room was kept at a warm temperature and there were some minor problems with the elevator.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and 15 minutes to the train station. The breakfast spread impressed me with a good variety of tasty pastries and yogurts. Staff left charming little gifts in my room. The shower was small was good. I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was reliable but required frequent logins. A cozy spot with nice offerings but could use improvements in shower size.

We thought that the staff was amazing. We arrived late, and immediately she welcomed us, and called a quaint local restaurant and made reservation for us, and got us situated. Next morning, she was so sweet she offered us free tour, city maps, and all the details. Our final day, she let us have a breakfast an hour late and in the evening our train was leaving earlier and she called a friend at a nearby restaurant and had him made us home-made lasagna at his restaurant earlier than opening hours. What a wonderful hotel, what an amazing staff. They seemed very gay friendly too.

This was an excellent medium priced hotel, very well located near all of the sights we wanted to see and not too far from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the rooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to fellow travelers. Good breakfast buffet as well.
